S&UP, how we will go from poverty to 250 million dollars in revenue by 2030

Do you really expect us to tell you how we’re getting to $250,000,000 in revenue by 2030 in a 4-minute post?
Let’s start with the why.
We could say because the guy has a farm to restore and some much-needed dental work so he can re-engage the public without looking every bit a hillbilly (wait, he is a hillbilly!). We could say the cost of this platform is a burden on income below the federal poverty level. We could say a lot of things about the why. We could say it’s because at this very moment China is planning a preemptive nuclear strike against the U.S. in parallel with taking Tiawan while also crippling critical infrastructure here and abroad with other-than-human technologies.
But we won’t say that. We don’t have to say that because it’s already being said by people who know a lot more than we do.
Why aren’t you hearing about this? Maybe because you’re just not interested, or your too busy, or your life is a struggle. Maybe you just aren’t paying attention, or you want to make it about someone or something. Or does it even matter?
Well folks, this is where we are, and it’s going to take all of us to avert what’s coming our way. Remember the reactionary gap? It’s closing fast.
Conspiracy theories? Political grandstanding? Grifting?
Sure.
Well then, can’t change it, can’t make it go away?
Maybe you. Not us. This is our bug-out place where we thought if we just walk away, maybe a little piece of it will die if we’re not around feeding it anymore. Turns out “it” would rather kill us instead. That’s a different thing entirely.
So, we’re joining the fight.
First: there are some things you need to know. Watch the hearing linked above, it’s over an hour long and a lot of it is a language you might not be exposed to much; just focus on the stuff you do understand. Watch it in entirety; if your life isn’t worth the time it takes to study the hearing, then there is nothing we can do for you here.

Still wondering where $250,000,000 in revenue is coming from?
We already said the farm income is below the federal poverty level; we are also 100% debt free (aside from property taxes, the perennial debt). Revenue doesn’t mean that money is mine, it’s revenue that will drive the work needed to help defend America now, and into the future.
Things will get a little random around here for a while as we settle into a routine. Not going to geek out on anyone just yet, that’s for field work and in the lab…

If you’re curious, that’s a good thing. This will go behind a paywall as soon as we decide where we’re banking the funds, creating the section, defeating the tech problems etc. There will be a $200 one-time subscription/membership fee, those funds are intended to help defray the costs of being here, paying Substack, helping with dental costs and maybe being able to pay a stipend to contributors. Is what we’re doing worth $250,000,000? No, it’s worth far more than that, but we have to start somewhere, it’s a goal.
So, this is a primer, enjoy, after a couple more of these school will be in session. Oh, don’t worry, there is still the playground behind the school. There are currently 103 published posts here in S&UP, all free and a lot of reading and maybe we’ll add some if time permits and we’re inclined.
But it’s going to get crazy soon. Near term we will be reaching out to some of the folks who testified in the above hearing to see where our little enterprise might fit into their objectives. Although we don’t necessarily speak the same language, we think they’re going to be happy to hear from us.
